To blacklist a number, create a new phonebook for the company for blocked numbers and and make sure the contact name starts with [blocked] . The number(s) to be blocked should be in full international format.
Then, in the wildix dialplan for the DDI, do a lookup of the number (remembering to clear out 'default') and then do a verify caller and route the call to a termination subroutine.
