W-AIR handsets have a menu option to reset the handset which can be useful for clearing down the phone if the settings have been changed and it's not functioning as expected.
To factory-reset the phone, bring up the first Menu and then dial *service* on the keypad. That's *7378423* and then take the option to do a factory reset.
