Register a handset
- Press and hold the red On-hook Key on the handset to switch it on
- On the handset, go to Connectivity menu.
- Select Register
- Select an empty slot
- Enter the PIN (by default, 0000)
- Press OK
Deregister a handset from the base station
- Select Deregister
- Enter the Access code and confirm by pressing Yes
Logging in
- Wait till the signal is found and the phone screen displays “login_x”, “unkown_x”
- Dial 99 and press the green Off-hook Key
- Follow the audio instructions to enter your extension number and your password
- Enter your extension number and press #
- Enter your password
- When prompted, Press 1 to add your account to the handset
Note: To enter your password, follow these simple rules:
The password is the FIRST FIVE CHARACTERS ONLY of your web password
Instead of letters, press corresponding digits on the phone’s keypad (e.g. if you need to enter 2, A, B or C press the 2)
There is no difference between uppercase and lowercase letters. To enter A or a press the 2 key)
Press * instead of all the special characters such as $, %, & and #
Only press the button once for each character. For example, if you need to enter 2, A, B, C, a, b or c press the 2 button only once.
For example:
If the first five characters of you password is: 4Ag7$
You should enter the following code: 4247*
