You may wish to set a different ring tone for internal calls to alert you to the fact that someone is calling you directly rather than it being an external call.
Click Settings:
Then Click Features on the left:
At the bottom of the internal list, your Custom ring will be set to Ring 1, which is the ring tone for external calls. Setting it to Ring 2 will give a different ring tone. You can try the tone by pressing the Play button next to the list.
When you are happy with your ring tone, press [Save]
