maximum number of phones connected reached in Wildix

When trying to make an outbound call on Wildix you get the message "maximum number of phones connected reached" before the call is connected.

Check that the PBX is at the latest version (Cogs -> Tools & Utilities -> Upgrade) and if it is the latest version, reboot.
