Accessing Wildix Voicemail on your desk phone
- You will be greeted and told how many messages you have, either new or old
- Press 1 to listen to your messages. You will be played each message and then given options to respond:
- 2 for message details which will tell you the date & time of the message and the caller's number
- 4 move to previous message (If you have one)
- 6 move to next message (If you have one)
- 7 to delete the message
- 8 to forward the message to another mailbox user
- 9 to save the message
- Press 0 for mailbox options. This is where you record your "I'm not at my desk and missed your call" unavailable greeting, your "I'm busy and can't answer your call" busy greeting and your name.
- Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.
- You will be asked to record your message and then press the # key to end the recording.
- At the end of the recording you can:
- Press 1 to save the greeting
- Press 2 to listen to your greeting
- Press 3 to record it again
- Press 2 to record your busy greeting:
- At the end of the recording you can:
- Press 1 to save the greeting
- Press 2 to listen to your greeting
- Press 3 to record it again
- At the end of the recording you can:
- Press 3 to record your name which is played just before the phone system says you are unavailable or busy:
- At the end of the recording you can:
- Press 1 to save the greeting
- Press 2 to listen to your greeting
- Press 3 to record it again
- At the end of the recording you can:
- Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.
- When you are finished, simply hang up.
