If you don't want to receive calls on your mobile app, you can take it into offline mode where it will not ring or receive messages.
To do this:
- open the app and then click on your icon at the top. A small picklist will pop up that says Online
- Click on the picklist and choose your preferred status; in this case, Offline
- Click on the Tick to the right to save your status
To go back online carry out the reverse.
